Operated by the Department of Social Work, and offered free-of-charge to individuals 65 years of age and older, the Health Outreach program addresses the healthcare and personal concerns of older adults currently living independently.

Services include individual medical and health insurance counseling, health related educational presentations, disease screening, and physician referral. The program has been expanded to several other Network sites.
