An NIH-funded Roybal Center based at Cornell University's Ithaca Campus, this center focuses on social integration of older adults from several vantages, ranging from housing to transportation services, to late life career transitions. The Center's co-director, Dr. Karl Pillemer has collaborated with Dr. Mark Lachs on various studies. Dr. Pillemer also studies the crisis in long term care with regard to front line workers (CNA's and home attendants).
